There are photographs from over 100 photographers in the SWOP collection.
The earliest record of a photographer in High Wycombe is W.C. Sansome of Easton St. in 1864. Over the next 40 years, many notable photographers left a legacy of Wycombe in print. Read more about the early professional photographers in Wycombe from 1860-1877 and 1877-1905.
Here, we meet six twentieth-century photographers to hear their stories.
